These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the applications, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Kodura ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
• Use the Services to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code

Some of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Services and all associated content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are owned by Kodura and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Services.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Some of our Services may be offered on a subscription basis. If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Prices may change with notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may stop using the Services at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you may do so through the app settings or by contacting us at support@kodura.io.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kodura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kodura and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kodura operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through our Services or by other appropriate means. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
